[www-features] Convergences for "Upcoming IMC Coverage"

I just updated this section on the site. Again, we only have things from 
europe and the states. it would be great if the upcoming events section 
could reflect more globally, something i have asked for time and again.

if we cant ge that part of the site to work and get updated, i dont 
think it is helpful to a global imc site. so, if folks could come up 
with some events even if they are a year away that can be added to this 
box that would be great. otherwise i would really appreciate folks 
thinking about removing that section of the page!
