[www-features] search works again!

i renenabled the search box on the left navbar, it seems to work.  it
will search center column and local features, so it's actually pretty
useful(no way for troll-open newswire posts to show up in the
results.)

right now the articles linked to in the search may not go anywhere,
i'm working on that and should have it fixed soon....
