[www-features] PROPOSAL: Global Protests on 2nd Anniversary of Iraq Invasion

hoi,

i like the idea of a more global feature, but my impression is that 
ususally those kind of features get lost somewhere in the pipeline while 
some people wait for input from others.

it's such a nice idea to get more input, but it can also be frustrating 
to wait until you feel that the feature is not news anymore.

In this case: why not have 2 or 3 features? about events in the US, 
latin-america, and europe or so? then we can get the US up in any case.
