hi,

i changed all quotation marks in the links because they weren't working.

I think when features are written in Word and when the straight 
quotation marks are replaced automatically, then the text ends up with 
special characters that are not recoginzed as quotation marks in the 
html-tags (even though MS word still recognizes them)

so, better turn that of when you write html tags.
and of course: check wheter all links work after you posted it:
