An Israeli demonstrator was shot in the head during a joint
Palestinian-Israeli demonstration against the wall in the village of
Bil'inwhere weekly such demonstrations take place every Friday.
The border policemen shot Limor Goldstein aged 26 in the head with a rubber
coated bullet from a 15 meter distance (IDF regulations are to shoot rubber
coated bullets from a distance of at least 40 meters and aim to the lower
part of the body). More demonstrators were injured from the shooting and
were hospitalised. The bullet penetrated Limor's brain, he was operated, the
bullet was removed, it still remains to be seen if he suffers brain damage. to
