[www-features] Very important update to Korea feature!

could you add the latest comment about the attack today to the feature.  If there's some way to make it noticeable as a very important update that would be great.  there are some other links and corrections that i added earlier, but they are much less important than this latest bit.  Also, toby's alter?  surely that can be removed.  I will mail this to features because you said you are not online often.  I hope that's cool.  Shit will probably be happening about every day now until this things' over.
