Well, that was on IRC, so i thought it better to do this on the
mailing list, where everyone can check the archive, and the
decision-making procedure is clear, and you'd have a chance to make 
a clear objection if you stood by it.

As it is you clearly have some objections to updating the article, so
there is no consensus on my proposal.

and
(2) people are invited to work on

with the intention of producing a new article some time (weeks or even
