[www-features] PROPOSAL: add link to 111397 lenin cali najera in latest brad will/oaxaca article

I think that option 1 could be too confusing for people (but I'm not  
against it).

I support option 2. I'm not sure what a new feature would look like.

There could be a respectful critique of the IMC (and other media)  
response to the death of Brad Will.

I certainly support someone contacting the folks in ecuador and  
hopefully they have time and interest to help with another feature.
