[www-features] feature proposal[s] / access

hi ana chris and sofia,

do you have access to the global site admin, so that you can act on 
these proposals?

we might have this info on the rollcall -- it would be here:
https://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/WwwFeaturesRollCall

but it looks like this page is not working. the main docs page is 
working though -- weird! could we do a makeshift rollcall -- email a 
quick shoutout if you have admin access?
