[www-features] proposed: Police Seize UK Indymedia Server (Again)

hi all,

it was me that proposed this and then did not put it up. i apologize for 
this negligence. i just uploaded it now. i took everything exactly from 
the uk story and added in this subhead:

by the way i'm not getting to the crabgrass editorial pages much
