[www-features] Gaza feature

hi Sofia and all,

That's because the Gaza feature is a startpage-special; meaning it stays
on the top.

However, I believe it would be good to transform the Gaza special into a
regular feature at this point. That would move it down in chronological
order.

Note, a feature from SUCRE, BOLIVIA and two from the UK were also posted
after, but below, the Gaza feature.
