Go for it. I have one factual correction - corrected sentence below:

"On February 6th, the Steve Irwin had collisions with the harpoon ships
Yushin Maru No 2 and Yushin Maru No 3, when it tried to block the ships
from offloading dead whales onto the factory ship Nisshin Maru"

Reason: Confusion caused by the grammar used by ICR on their website
leading mass media to believe the Steve Irwin hit the same harpoon ship
twice. In fact it was collisions with two different harpoon ships.
Reading Sea Shepherd news makes this quite clear. 

There is also good coverage on San Fransisco Bay Area Indymedia of
defence of the whales in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.
