[www-features] Sue Scandale's idea toward another 'Best Practices.'

Petros,
A couple things you point out here are valid, such as the server
problems and someone writing Don. [Now that you've shown his original
note's URL I was able to check my sent messages and it was in fact me
who wrote him with simply the word "hidden."]

But your main focus in this email to our list is simply a restatement of
what Sue already suggested. If you agree with her, please simply state
that you agree with her. I don't believe her statement needs to be
reworded, amplified, or certified in any way.

It was a good idea when she brought it up. It can stand on its own merit.

When I heard similar from your email I must be honest, I felt scolded,
condescended, defensive and involved in an argument where there really
is no argument. Or at least shouldn't be.

From Sue's idea, as I look back at the email I'd sent to Don:

hidden

I realize that I could have just as easily CC'd www-features along with
Don; and everyone would know its status before even logging onto the
webapp.

Going into the future I will do that, and others should as well. That
was a good idea Sue had, don't you agree?
