Hi,
Just got back from being away for the weekend to see this. Seems as if the
post in question has been hidden already -- by whom, I have no idea, but
someone did it. There wasn't notice on the www-newswire list though, so I
imagine someone else did it. We now have a newswire working group to deal
with all the stuff on the newswire: www-newswire@indymedia.org. *Let's
start to use it!* There are a few people on the working group now, and
www-newswire working group members can hide posts if they see fit to do so,
according to what fits or what doesn't fit into the editorial policy.
Newswire working group, were you able to get the message out to all the
lists asking for volunteers? Everyone is invited to join the www-newswire
list and participate in keeping the newswire healthy.

P.S. I'm not going to be an active member of www-newswire; I promised
myself I wouldn't be on any more indymedia working groups, way too stressed
and over-extended, I probably wouldn't be much help anyway since I'm rarely
on the web (often on e-mail, not on the web much). I just want everyone to
know that sending angry e-mails to me personally about what's on the
newswire won't be as effective as joining the www-newswire working group
and participating in the process.
