Commission Structure

 

_______      100% Commission (Plan A)

·         $70 a month

·         $250 for first closing of month

·         $30 per closing for E & O insurance

·         No other monthly or transaction fees

·         This plan includes:

ü      Utilizing office space and computers

ü      Phone duty, if desired

ü      Introduction ad for new agents

ü      No performance requirements

ü      Printer/copier usage: 100 black/white copies a month

·         All other expenses are the responsibility of the agent

 

_______      100% Commission (Plan B)

·         $35 a month

·         $250 for first closing of month ($200 per closing afterwards)

·         $30 per closing for E & O insurance

·         This plan includes:

ü      Utilizing office space and computers

ü      Phone duty, if desired

ü      Introduction ad for new agents

ü      No performance requirements

ü      Printer/copier usage: 100 black/white copies a month

·         All other expenses are the responsibility of the agent

 

_______      75% Commission (Plan C)

·         No monthly or per transaction fees

·         This plan includes:

ü      Free agent advertising in company ad

ü      Printer/copier usage: 250 color and 100 black/white copies a month

ü      Free utilization of office space and computers

ü      Free Signs and combination lock boxes

ü      Free Business Cards and E & O Insurance

ü      Required bi-weekly coaching session

ü      Required phone duty

ü      Required sales performance of 1 closing per 3 months

ü      Required to attend all scheduled office meetings 

·         If you do not have a closing in a 90 day period then you pay a $75 inactivity fee ($25 per month)
