[www-tech] Another change for contact list & Re: [www-features] syndication update for Indybay

contact.indy is where you should make the change,
and other sites should update from there 
(at least, this is how it used to work..)

the problem was, someone set Maine's newswire feed as 
type "features" instead of newswire.
