this is true, the canadian sites did switch around to form a bc site and get rid
of vancouver. however, i suspect that this is actually a similar problem on many
"cities.list"s around the world as it should all be controlled from the
canadians entry in the imc-contact-database [1].

this is looked after by the commwork mailing list, so they would be good people
to talk to about sorting this out. i'm afraid i'm writing this offline so don't
kknow the correct address of any canadian imcs (bc!) to also cc this email to,
be great if you're able to do that charles.
