Makse sense to me, one thing that we have implemented for
one region on the UK site is making the css an include
file that can be edited via a text area in the admin
interface -- having the templates edited via the web and
not having versioning for them has always made me feel
uneasy... but doing this for CSS isn't so bad, though
ideally there would be versioning for the include files I
guess...
